1: How do I get started or place a big order with Longs?
A.There are two ways for you to choose from:

2: What's the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and Minimum Order Amount (MOA)
A.Minumum order quantity for single kind is USD 1000.
3: How can I get C&F or CIF price?
A.Normally our quotation is based on FOB price. But we may accept other terms if you have special reasons.
4: Can I place a big order online?
A.To ensure order accuracy,Longs does not offer this option.Because all orders will be manufactured to your specifications,
we like to finalize all orders by e-mail or telephone/fax.
5: What is normal production time of orders?
A.If product quantity is under 3000 sets, the lead time will be 10 days at most, no matter how complicated the kit is. If you ar
e in a hurry, we can negotiate for more detail info.
6: How can I get samples promptly?
A.You can contact our representative via email, fax, or phone to specify the sample you need and provide your courier (as UP
S, FedEx, DHL,TNT etc) account No. and we'll send samples through your courier by freight collect. Sample Fee depends on
the sample you are asking for. The Fee will be returned after the big order has been confirmed.
7: Can I print or customize (OEM) the packing of the product?
A.Yes, for the first aid kit: you can customize your logo print on the box or bag, or make a label which is printed with your logo
stick on box. We may charge you some printing fee. And you might also customize the outer bag or box. But, open Sample
Mould and Painting your Logo take time. Please see the table below for detail info.

A.30% deposit by T/T in advance to confirm the order, balance paid before shipment or balance pay by L/C at sight. All paym
